CANAL LOCKS AND CITY TOUR

We pick you up at your hotel lobby before 9:00 a.m. to take you to the Miraflores Visitors Center where you'll see the ships transiting through the Panama Canal and also the Museum of the construction of the Canal. After visiting the Locks we'll go to the Colonial City, built in 1673, visiting The Golden Altar and walk by the French plaza where we'll see the entrance of the Canal, the protecting islands, coast way and a beautiful view of the Modern City. From there we'll go for lunch (on your own) at a nice typical restaurant to continue to the Old Panama City, built in 1519 by Pedro Arias Davila as the first Spanish settlement on the Pacific. This city was attack and destroys in 1671 by Henry Morgan. On the way to the Old City we'll pass by the Modern City. This tour is an "all day" tour so we'll be back approximate at 4:00 p.m.

Tour Includes: Private Transportation with bilingual guide, entrance to the Locks, and the museum.
Cost: U.S. $100.00 per person. Minimum 2 persons.
Recommendations: Outdoor simple clothing, comfortable shoes, sunscreen and a hat, and do not forget your camera.
